We had a great time staying here. the king room we booked had everything we needed, like a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a fridge—all super convenient. 🌟

We come here every year on the way to and from Wisconsin. Always pleased with the room, the staff and the breakfast. Thanks for the usual perfect stay!

The food was great with a wide range of alternatives. The room was luxurious, impressive with microwave and double beds, for example, I was pleased. The location was marvellous, near to Maumee after a 14 hour drive trying to beat a snowstorm, chain restaurants and turnpike and easily accessible.

The beds here are comfortable, and all the staff are exceptional and pleasant.

The staff was not very helpful and unpleasant. Unfortunately, we reserved a room specifically with a refrigerator (traveling with 2yr old and have milk/food for them) through Booked.net and the staff said they didn't have one available and that most rooms do not offer that. So, Booked.net gave false information and Hampton treated us as a customer of Booked.net rather than a guest of their hotel. Said they'd rather not have Booked.net or any other third party reservation group in the way for guests reservations. Quite obvious that no communication is shared between the two entities. So our stay was a bust and have since then cancelled or return stay at that particular hotel and not using Booked.net for our new reservation. 2 travel options down just like that and plenty of others worthy of my business to choose from in the future.

On this and put prior stay the Monday before this the towels were always wet feeling and did not absorb or dry one after a shower. They were either not dried properly or are so worn they merely don' t absorb water. Rooms 313 & 216. Also the ice machine on floor 2 made a racquet all night on our prior Mpnday stay.

The location is great and convenient for a quick overnight stop on a business trip. the rooms are modern, beautifully maintained, and come with a comfortable bed and microwave. - A huge variety of breakfast options is available.

The staff was great and location great also! Free breakfast is always good and the staff who handle these are so friendly.

Didn't have my reservation when I arrived and felt pricier than it needed to be.

Newly remodelled hip new hotel. Outstandingly accommodating, amazingly nice staff with smiling face. Excellent, exceptionally nice location in the beautiful area.
